Recommended Use:
Mix one scoop in 8-10 oz of your beverage of choice (vary amount by taste preference). This product can be used any time you need energy or aminos. For maximum energy and amino support, use up to 3 servings before training.

Comments: My anytime energy supplement. I take this for my workouts and when I feel tired from work or life stress. No crashes or jitters, just cllean good energy to get me through what ever is in front of me. I have the peach mango, it taste good but it could be better. Needs more flavor added.
