Measure every 4 - 6 weeks! Don't just rely just on scales! Measure each part around the belly of each muscle without a pump. For more accurate measurements choose non-workout days to measure. Measure as accurate as you can (use centimeters to get a more precise reading with out rounding off). Always measure both sides left and right where needed and record accordingly.
