Comments: Old school Rulz is correct!! I have been using Shock Therapy & Storm since each came out in 2007. Their formulas have pretty much stayed the same because when take regularly with a break every 4-6 weeks these supplement work wonders for all us natural lifters. These 2 are my coner stones for training progress. I really love Universal supplements.

Comments: I go a mixed review of this supplement. Got my first ordered and the damn thing was open in the package and was smelling badly. Sent that one back, got the new one and it was in the package and not open. The taste is good but you have to use at least 12 ounces of water or its gonna be kind of strong. My workout recovery was really improved with this supplement. I went from not training legs but every 10 day because of my knee to being able to train them once every week. My over all strength has improved greatly and i have lost bodyfat all over. I would say this supplement works well for me and i do recommend it to my freinds.

Comments: This creatine powder is some thing different from all of them out there, thats why it has stood the test of time. When I take 2 scoops 30 min before my workout I get a sense of clarity and a whole lot stored energy that pushes straight through my complete workout, aerobics and all. My workout partner mixes a little with some cytomax and drinks it during our workout. That works for him. This stuff is versatile and potent, i love it! Only draw back is that it some times get clumpy inside the jug from settling.
